Jacob loves riding around the range (living room) on his trusty steed. Once in a while he even throws out a "YeeMaMaYee" which we translate to "Yee Ha!"

Hoop Stars?

Derek and Aaron just finished up their basketball seasons. Aaron played on a very good team in the 3rd/4th grade league. They finished 2nd in the league.

Derek played in the Kindergarten league. They don't keep track of scores, but focus on teaching the fundamentals (dribbling, defense, etc). Most of the time is spent watching kids sprinting the length of the court while dribbling the ball once or twice. Once they get near the basket, the kid with the ball is usually going to put it up, while all the teammates are jumping up and down screaming "throw it to me, I'm open!" whether they are or not.

The Blizzard of '07

We really got the snow dumped on us this year! With the snow and drifting, we were completely snowed in until we could call someone to come out and plow out our driveway.

The kids had a fun time playing in the snow and taking advantage of the big piles of snow left behind by the plow.





Here comes Jacob, our littlest snowman!
